Volunteers Needed for ART WITH Care Event

Most of you know that we have an event, ART WITH Care, scheduled at Ziggy's in Bridgehampton from 6 - 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 7th. An evite will be sent out over the weekend - please forward to friends and purchase tickets early as we anticipate being a sell-out.

In order to find a balance between ART WITH Care running smoothly and the women of WITH Care having a great night out - we are looking for volunteers to fill 45 minute time slots between 5:30 p.m. & 8:15 p.m.

We will need womanpower at check-in, for raffle sales, to assist Jennifer with the silent art auction and meet & greet at the front door.

Our needs are as follows:

Meet & Greet: 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., 6:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - we will need two women at each timeslot.

Check In: 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m., 6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. - we will need two or three women at all times.

Raffle Sales: 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., 6:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - we will need three women at each time period.

Silent Art Auction: 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., 6:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - two individuals to assist Jennifer...The two individuals in the second time slot will help with placing any bids that have been previously submitted by anyone unable to attend the event.

7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Jennifer will need assistance with the final tallying and collecting money for any artwork that has sold....

The seven founding members will be on-hand to assist with much of this but the more help we have the more successful our event will be. Proceeds are slated to underwrite Art Programming for Children on the East End that might not otherwise have an exposure and to WITH Care's Emergency Relief Fund.
